Operational plan

To register you need to provide an operational plan. This plan must show how you will meet your obligations under the scheme.

Use this guidance to help you include the information in your operational plan that we need to assess your application.

If you do not provide enough information in your operational plan to show how you will meet your obligations, your application may be refused.

Producer registration application form guidance

To register you need to complete and submit an application form. There is guidance to help you fill out the form. This guidance also explains how you can submit your completed application.

Use this guidance to help you complete the producer registration application form. You must answer all the questions on the form. If you do not answer all the questions your application will be refused.
