Step by step: applying online:

Have you checked with your local SEPA office to confirm if your property is already registered? If this check is not carried out prior to applying and it is discovered that a duplicate application has been made no refund of the application fee will be offered. Please contact your local SEPA office as above.

If you are a new user, follow the link near the top of the page - ‘New Users Click Here to REGISTER’.

If you are already registered enter your login details (scroll down to bottom of page).
Under ‘Creating Registration Details’ ‘Registration type’ select ‘Point source discharge’ from the drop down menu.
