2009 - 2010 Quarter 4 (Jan - Mar)

SEPA Performs rates our performance against Key Targets from across the 7 outcomes in our Corporate Plan pdf link (2.5mb) for 2008-2011, and is updated quarterly.

For each of our Key Targets, we have a target owner and a quarterly progress scorecard is prepared using performance updates from the target owners. We have replicated the model now being used by the Scottish Government, Scotland Performs external link, which builds on the model pioneered by the US State of Virginia in their Virginia Performs external link framework.

During 2009-10, SEPA is implementing 11 change programmes, designed to radically re-engineer the organisation and its activities and deliver operational efficiencies. Some of SEPA’s Key Performance Targets are being delivered through six of our eleven change programmes as set out in our Annual Operating Plan 2009-2010.

The remaining key targets of the Corporate Plan 2008-2011 pdf link (2.5mb) are delivered through our core business priorities.

Presented below is a summary of our performance for quarter 3 of 2009-2010 against:

  • Targets delivered through Change Programmes, and
  • Core Business Priorities Targets
