Annual operating plans
SEPA’s Annual operating plan (AOP) 2010-2011
is an important document that sets out our agenda for the coming
year. It is our ‘contract’ with the Scottish Government, outlining
our agreed, high level outcomes and targets. It also provides the
foundation for all of SEPA’s business planning and reporting and
for setting managers’ and staff annual objectives and targets.
The AOP will help SEPA to become better at
delivering for Scotland's environment, economy, our customers,
stakeholders and partners.
